The hole... there is a hole... I had my vehicle serviced today at Crown Hyundai's Service center. It was brought in for a small nail hole and slow leak... This review is NOT about the gentleman working on my vehicle or the policy about small tire holes so I will not elaborate on those topics. The gentleman in service that was assisting me was Ryan Murray. Not only was he quick to acknowledge me and attentive, but also very personable and able to make light of a frustrating situation. As I was waiting, he made a point to give me regular updates and managed to be somewhat entertaining while time passed. Also, his interactions with other clients and myself showed a great deal of compassion. Letting everyone know they were being taken care of and not to worry. Making a positive experience out of a negative situation is not easy, but was exemplified today.... Thank you and I will be back for my oil change! (Hopefully no sooner) Kind regards... More

Maintenance Service Review Just had my tires replaced and oil changed. We searched on line for the price of tires and found Crown Hyundai prices to be unbeatable. I always take my car to Crown Hyundai for service (4 years now)but wasn't sure if I could get a good price on tires. I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with my Service person Ryan Murray. He quoted me a great price and was able to accommodate my schedule to get them replaced when I needed it. Ryan was awesome- called me 2 times while they had my car. 1 time to tell me the tires were on and I needed an alignment- he had mentioned this possibility during the drop off. He said if it needed it he would let me know. The 2nd call was to say the car was ready to come home. Quick, efficient and excellent customer service from Ryan Murray! Thanks Ryan and Crown Hyundai for the great service! More

Routine Oil Change I just needed a basic oil change. Scheduled it online and arrived 15 mins early. My advisor was Ryan Murray and he was excellent!
