Attentive to a Customers requirements Thank you, Steve Bednar for your excellent service towards us. We have previously purchased Hyundai's from Crown. So, after we did our research and Thank you, Steve Bednar for your excellent service towards us. We have previously purchased Hyundai's from Crown. So, after we did our research and decided on a specific model we wanted, we contacted Crown. Steve returned our call and we discussed the specifics of the type of vehicle we wanted. At that time, there wasn't such a vehicle in Crown's inventory. Steve told us to wait and he would call us back within 10 to 20 minutes. 10 minutes later Steve called back, informing us that he had located the 2017 Tucson SE PLUS, in the color we wanted and he would be bringing it into Crown within 2 days. Two days later we were in Steve's office negotiating for the vehicle. A couple hours later, we signed the deal and we proud owner of our fifth new Hyundai in 15 years. More

Excellence in service I waited in line at my local Hyundai dealer for my last service appointment at least twenty minutes and advanced five or six spaces. Since there were still eight cars ahead of me and my appointment time had passed, I left the line for service elsewhere. My next service was scheduled at Crown Hyundai and I was greeted immediately upon arrival. Ryan Murray saw that my service was completed quickly and reviewed all items with me at their completion. I will continue my service needs at Crown Hyundai, even though it is 20 plus miles beyond my local dealership. More
