There was a $9K error that was charged to our our credit card for part of the purchase of our vehicle. When we called and talked to Ryan Mattson about it he said it “wasn’t such a big deal” and said it’d be corrected. We both work in finance in jobs and feel additional checks should be in place so this doesn’t happen again. Currently our card shows the $9k overage with a supposed credit coming. A HUGE inconvenience to our finances. Think about it it happened to you. Very disappointed in the response More

Scam dealership Bait and Switch dealer. Gave me one price over the phone and then when I showed up the new price was $2100 higher. Tried to blame it on a different ma Bait and Switch dealer. Gave me one price over the phone and then when I showed up the new price was $2100 higher. Tried to blame it on a different manager, then a tax calculation, then a computer glitch. Finally the sales manager admitted he screwed up, but wasn't willing to do anything about it. His only resolution was a discounted oil change. If they can't stand by their word, why would anyone do business with them. All they did was waste 3.5 hours of my day and I missed out on a different dealer's vehicle because of it. Stay away from this sleazy dealership. More
