I had a great experience with Alex on my new lease, also worked with him on my last lease 3 years ago. I was contacted a few months before my lease was up and went through my options. The service department at this dealership is the absolute worst I've ever been to. There was a recall on my engine on a 2017 Tucson they don't care never got a callback from the service manager never got a c worst I've ever been to.
