GUNN Honda had a good selection of cars to choose from. The sales rep approached us and did not pressure us into anything. Answered all of my questions, but the entire process was not perfect. I explained that darker tint on back windows was important to me and sales rep assured me that they could make it darker and sold me on the tint add-on. At the scheduled appointment, they said only did one percentage of tint could go all around the vehicle. Anything they promise, make sure you know specifics and have it in writing. Everything else was okay. More

Joe Esparza (service) demonstrates a caring presence, even when revealing financial repair news. Unclear Estimate Led to Frustration at Gunn Honda. Last week purchased a part from Gunn Honda and inquired about the installation cost. With VIN numbers readily providing detailed car information, I expected a straightforward estimate. I had received a previous quote, so I confidently scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, upon arrival for the appointment, the quoted price had doubled. The service department explained this was due to calibration being required, but I was not informed of this beforehand. In my opinion, this lack of transparency is unprofessional. While I understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, a heads-up and potential discount would have been greatly appreciated. Ultimately, I needed the car and paid the increased amount, but left feeling frustrated. More
