I felt that I was rushed into the purchase! Salesman was working with someone else before the ink was dry! Vehicle didn’t even have a manual in it! I’m from NY and I thought I had 3 days to change my mind but when I tried to get out of it, I was told I couldn’t, that’s on me! I love the vehicle but I don’t think I would ever buy another vehicle from your dealership again! I now understand why your rating is only 4.5 stars! Usually when you pick up a new car, someone shows you a few things about it, not this time, I was just handed the keys! And last thing, when I called up a few days later to inquire about refinancing my loan ( which I planned on doing from the start) I was told that I had to make 4 payments first, I guess I have short term memory loss! 😂 Don’t get me wrong, this vehicle is my dream car and I have been eyeing it for years, but I just thought that when you purchased a vehicle of this cost, the experience would be much better, silly me! By the way, the vehicle I purchased was a Land Rover Defender! 😂 I’m assuming jaguar and Land Rover are sharing the same platform since they are in the same building! I More

I can't be more complimentary of the team at Wilde Jaguar Sarasota. I live in the greater Tampa area and wanted a special order, 2022 Jaguar XF. As this was my first Jaguar, I shopped the entire metro area Sarasota. I live in the greater Tampa area and wanted a special order, 2022 Jaguar XF. As this was my first Jaguar, I shopped the entire metro area and beyond and was told "no" several times by other Jaguar dealers, and pushed to close a deal that wasn't for a car I wanted. I finally found Zac, Ronnie and Jim at Wilde and they worked hard to customize everything to my liking. The showroom is beautiful, the staff are all gracious and the service top notch. I almost want to go down just to hang out on weekends. :-) Now that the car is in hand and in my garage, I couldn't be more thrilled. It's a stunner. As I was picking up the car yesterday, I commented to my other half, "I have never had such an easy and pleasant car buying experience in my 52 years of life".
