Had a glitch with my new vehicle when getting ready to drive it off the lot. They took the time to make sure it was corrected and went the extra mile while doing so. Dropped my truck off for its first oil change, tire rotation, air filter change, and diagnostic of brake life sensor error since I’ve owned the truck from buying it 4 months ago. I also asked that a bi rotation, air filter change, and diagnostic of brake life sensor error since I’ve owned the truck from buying it 4 months ago. I also asked that a bit of an inspection be performed so I know how things are looking. Work was performed, and I was notified that the brake sensor error was due to a broken wire on the brake pad. I was sold on all new brake pads and new front rotors. Paid the full price with no complaints, even with as high as it was. What ticked me off was the fact that I’m treated like royalty when I’m signed in at the dealership and told that I’m being taken care of and that they go above and beyond to perform a multi point inspection with every vehicle they service, including topping off all fluids and so forth. It’s been about a week since it was serviced and my light is now on for low windshield washer fluid and all of my tires have different pressures. I realize washer fluid is cheap and I can do it myself and also that tire air fluctuates with cold temps and can easily be adjusted. But I pay good money for them to do the work so I don’t have to. It would be such a big deal if the customer service sales people didn’t over promise and under perform. More
