The deciding factor in my experience once I arrived at the dealertship was the salesperson Robert Williams. He not only followed up--he spent 4 hours with me on his only day off so that I could finish the sale and get back to Cape Cod before Hiurricane Irene hit. He also helped turn in my plates and explained in a few minutes how to sync bluetooth and my garage opener when I had been able to get that accomplished in 2 years at Mercedes. I would give this dealer my unqualified recommendation! More

I was not looking for a Lexus when I went out looking for cars but found one I loved when visiting Herb Chambers Lexus. Wehn I met Rob, i was impressed by the way he cared about what was important to me as a cars but found one I loved when visiting Herb Chambers Lexus. Wehn I met Rob, i was impressed by the way he cared about what was important to me as a customer. Rob took the time to go thru every step of learning all about the options i had in the car. We had to delete about 20 people from the blue tooth, which Rob did with a smile on his face. We actually started to laugh about it. Rob even delivered it to my house after the final inspection. I would not hesitate to call Rob with any concerns that i might have and feel that I have made a new friend in the process. I was always leery about a car salesman! We’ve all heard the horror stories about them. They will tell you anything just to get a sale. One day, I visited the sales floor at Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon, MA just to look around. I really like the Lexus vehicles; the quality and handling of these automobiles is so beautiful. I ended up talking to the “dreaded” sales person; in this case his name was Robert Williams. After weeks of back and forth discussion, I found that this individual was trustworthy and honest. I was looking for particular types of Lexus with certain features that I believed were important. Robert Williams worked with me until we came up with a Lexus that fit my budget and had the features I deemed were important. At times I asked so many questions and wasn't sure about purchasing the car, and not once did he ever pressure me into buying the car. He made himself completely available, and was straight forward with me. He knew how much I was willing to pay and gave me a straight up number. The purchase was professional, seamless, and he followed up on all the details. I ended up buying one for my wife and one for me. My husband and I had been considering buying a Lexus, but hadn't made a decision. I generally dislike going to car dealerships and am usually not comfortable with sales reps. However, when we stopped into Herb Chambers in Sharon and met Robert Williams, it was a different experience. He made our the decision easy without making me feel pressured. Rob really paid attention to our needs and understood what was especially important to us in a car. We had come to look at the new hybrid hatchback, but Rob listened "between the lines" and had us test drive our second choice, the IS 250. We ended up buying it on the spot (a first for us after many years of purchasing cars and meeting sales reps!) When I returned a few days later to drop off the title of our old car and get an inspection sticker, Rob spent more than an hour with me setting up the bluetooth and navigation and answering all my questions about the car's features. I must say this was the most pleasurable car purchasing experience I have ever had, and we are definitely sold on Lexus, Herb Chambers, and Rob Williams. Thanks, Rob! More

Was very impressed not only with Robert Williams but with the quality of the used car and with all the time that the Robert spent with me on the lot. My wife had a 2001 Lexus RX300 with a little over a 120k the quality of the used car and with all the time that the Robert spent with me on the lot. Robert helped me find a similiar one (white exterior, beige interior, which is my wife's fav) and this 2006 400h was a certified pre-owned one. My wife came back from an 11 day vacation spent with her family in Europe and noticed right away that the car was different. After her initial shock and delight we took it for a small test drive and she was not only loving me but loving her new (used car as well.
