Everything they said they fixed in the car was a lie! They said they changed the battery… lie! They said the fixed a DPF problem… lie. The check engine light turned after a 1000 miles. We hadn’t even had they car a full week and they refused to help us. They sold us a vehicle that supposedly had no issues that is now going to cost us 1000’s. never dealing with them again!! More

Purchased a 2016 duramax here for well over 50k. They performed an oil change before I bought it. Couple months later when I go to change the oil, the plug is seized like they hit it with an impa They performed an oil change before I bought it. Couple months later when I go to change the oil, the plug is seized like they hit it with an impact. Had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks to bring the truck in for them to look at it but Robert, the manager, called and canceled my appointment the day before saying they were too busy to look at it because I also asked them if they'd flush my coolant and look at the check engine light while it was in. Couldn't even get them to take responsibility and fix the plug, even after having bought their extended warranty they still gave me the run around and referred me to DLS tire. What a joke. Was never rude or argued with them about any of it. Friendly staff for the most part, but the manager is a worm. Nice trucks, but buy somewhere else. More

I would give zero stars if I could I purchased a truck from them out of state and after paperwork was signed it was disclosed that the power running boards were defective on the truck and turns out it’s a from them out of state and after paperwork was signed it was disclosed that the power running boards were defective on the truck and turns out it’s a $2500 repair. Tried speaking to the manager to get some other stuff taken care of as collateral and he wouldn’t budge and decided to hang up on me, unbelievable! More
