Robert Hynson did an excellent job greeting me when I showed up at Subaru Dealership Saturday evening well past the 6:00 closing time. Tim Willis was as equally engaging. I was alone and he put me at ease and guided me through all the paperwork. He was personable but professional. My experience with both Mr. Hynson and Mr. Willis was above my expectation. Both of them offered to put on my license plates when received..How nice is that! The early closing on Saturday and not being opened on Sunday reflects the kind of company that respects their employees. I am looking forward to The Encore Program.
