How can this be legal? Went into this dealer to purchase a 2017 Sentra for our son. After 3 days brought the car home, only to receive a call 2 weeks later saying the financ Went into this dealer to purchase a 2017 Sentra for our son. After 3 days brought the car home, only to receive a call 2 weeks later saying the financing didn't go through and we needed to bring them $3200 down or return the car. At that point we obtained our own financing which they would not work with, they refused. It was nothing but a spot delivery scam!!! The finance manager Rj told us over and over he was working for us trying everything he could. When truth be known he didn't care at all!! Imagine their surprise when we brought the car back!! No one spoke to us and we got lots of stairs. Went to another dealer and had a much better experience and got a much better car. More

Upon arrival, we weren't dumped i Buying a car from Pat Fischer Nissan was a far superior experience, compared to the giant, multi-acre mega dealers. Upon arrival, we weren't dumped in the shark tank - In fact, our salesman, Justin, was just outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about all products and features, and obviously an auto/motorcycle enthusiast as well. There was no rush, no pressure, no constant attempts to up-sell. He was happy to let us test drive and check out any car/feature, and didn't apply unnecessary influence as me & my wife were discussing. They had plenty of each model in stock, and several to choose from in the trim level & color we were looking for. The biggest difference from a huge dealership was when it came time to negotiate a price. They never played the ridiculous game where you continuously get handed off to various levels of 'management' (really, just other salespeople). When it came time to negotiate, Justin handed us off directly to the sales manager, Marc, who had the authority to finalize the deal. The negotiation was fair and it didn't take long to arrive at our target price. TL;DR: Great service,very little pressure, got the exact model/trim/color we wanted. Drove off with a deal we are still extremely pleased with. That is as good as buying a car gets - Highly recommend. More
