Never again We purchased a $41,000 town and country. We love this vehicle. The service manager was allowed to drive this vehicle before we purchased it. The day that we took possession, we noticed that the tailpipe was bent, and some scratches. Someone at this dealership clearly backed into something. When we returned to have it fixed, I informed our sales rep Mr. Booth that it smelled like cigarette smoke on the inside and that I found some other damage on the side. When I tried to show him the other scratches he said "..we only put aside so much money to fix this" I left and will never return to this dealership. Other people get to enjoy new car smell, we get to enjoy cigarette smell. We paid the expense to change the cabin filter, which helped slightly. We could not find the tire key, when we asked about it, Mr. Booth wanted us to return so that he could search our vehicle. Apparently we are not smart enough to look for ourselves. SO if you want to purchase an overpriced, damaged, vehicle that smells like cigarette smoke, with no tire key, this is the place for you. I have made it my life's mission to post this information on every social media site, and tell everyone that I know and meet to steer clear of this dealership. More
