Frankly, I found it insulting & offensive towards their new associate, Rob Foresman, and strongly considered just taking my business somewhere else. It was not necessary as the deal was already 98% done - thanks to Rob Foresman. Otherwise, the team was great! More

Can't say enough good things about Robert and Corwin Toyota! They were the only dealership in the country that had the new model Highlander in the colors I had been searching for! It was still on the trailer when I called about it and Robert quickly grabbed the keys and held the car while I put a deposit on it. This was my 4th Toyota purchase and the easiest by far. Absolutely awful experience! 1st I was advised about a remote start app that doesn’t do everything they said it would. Second he forgot to give me my old plates back so I had to call in to get those. 3rd remote start app that doesn’t do everything they said it would. Second he forgot to give me my old plates back so I had to call in to get those. 3rd When I got my new car, hardly any gas was in the vehicle. 4th after owning the car for a week my blades kept falling off so I already had to spend money on that which they wouldn’t help out with that cost or acknowledge the problem or look into the problem. When I got my remote start in I was given a loaner vehicle that had NO gas in it. I had to put gas in it and then wait a ridiculous amount of time for them to pay me back $10. When I got my car back from the wash, it had BIRD POOP ON IT! What a wash! All around this place was a xxxx show with people who don’t know what they are doing and I will NEVER be back! More
