I was recommended to your dealership by Jose Vezga to see Rob Tinkham. I was very pleased with Rob's professionalism. After owning a Toyota for the last 20 years, I am very pleased to now own a 2014 Merced Rob Tinkham. I was very pleased with Rob's professionalism. After owning a Toyota for the last 20 years, I am very pleased to now own a 2014 Mercedes GLK. My visit with Rob was very pleasant and informative. He took the time to listen to what I would be interested in and brought several vehicles for me to look at and test drive. I was very impressed when I drove the GLK. Although I was not certain about the color, I had asked Rob to look at other vehicle available in other colors besides the black or the white. He took his time looking and said " I have just the right one for you". He was nice enough to go with me to the port and look at this pebble grey colored one. I just fell in love with it and he drove it back to the dealership where we finalized the paperwork. I picked up my car 2 days later and have been very pleased with it. Everyone loves it.. I am hoping to stay in the Mercedes Benz family for a very long time. Thank you Jose Vezga for referring me to Rob, and thank you Rob for the great job you did for me. Everything is up front, most everything can be accomplished over the phone with a simple straight forward visit to the dealer location to sign off on what was aggreed to with no surprises.
