Richard Vasquez is our Service Consultant. He is GREAT‼️. He is always a couple of steps ahead of ant service issue on my 2022 RX and my 2005 SC430. He gives best in class service. I was there this week for 6 months service visit. Those guys go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I'm fortunate that my car is only 3 years old, and I bought it new at Earnhardt Lexus. My schedule service appointments have all been easy to schedule, I've been satisfied with the work and results, an bought it new at Earnhardt Lexus. My schedule service appointments have all been easy to schedule, I've been satisfied with the work and results, and I'm treated respectfully every time. One time, I got a call from my service advisor that they were almost out of loaner cars, and I let him know I was on my way. Since I was only going to drive the loaner to work, I told him it was okay if someone was able to just take me to work. He over delivered, and I was provided a Lyft (or Uber) to/from work. My most recent trip was was flawless, too. Dropping off my car took all of 5-7 minutes, and I was on my car with a loaner. Two hours later, I get a call from Richard that my car is finished. Made an appointment for 9AM on Wednesday 9/13. Dropped off the car and was told it would take 1.5 hours to do the service if I waited. I said I could not and to please give me a loaner. I asked for a Lyft to get home. I called at 11AM to find out status. I was told my car was still in the queue. Surprising to me since the purpose of an appointment is to get a service done at a scheduled time. I guess if you sit there and wait they service it right away. If you do not, they put you at the end of the line! Also I was told they run out of loaners because the people do not return them when they are supposed to! That is TMI to a Customer. Basically admitting they can not do their job! Finally my car was put into service at 2PM! It turns out I had a puncture in one tire. So the free service ended up not being free. Anyway, the takeaway is to ensure they will have loaner cars when you have an appointment. We all have lives to live and can not sit at a dealership to get service priority. Especially when we make an appointment. By the way I believe my service person, Richard, is not responsible for the loaners? More
