The one thing I really don't like about Bill Ray Nissan is being asked to fill out a review every time I come in for service. If I had a problem, I wouldn't come back. I am really tired of getting all these multiple requests. Even if you do dill it out, it doesn't let you submit the review if you skipped something. You are wasting my time. I don't know the names of the people who served me so I can't rate them. So I am rating them all with the lowest rating. I am assuming that Management and Administration came up with this ridiculous survey. More

When it comes to simple oil changes, they are fine. But if it’s something bigger and especially if it’s something that should be covered under warranty, they will simply stop replying to your emails. It’s been 30+ days and neither of the two people I’ve tried to contact have yet to reply. If they can’t even take 2 minutes to reply to an email, then I have no confidence they actually fix what’s wrong with my vehicle. More

Anthony stepped up and took the time to look at my light. He took it out in front of me & tested the wires turning them until it came on. Richard and another gentleman came to look at what Anthony was doing never chastising him or belittling him but also stepped in to assist. At the end of this Richard offered to fix this problem at an affordable price for me since I am robbing from Peter, paul, mary, sue & family. In other words I don't have the money that was quoted but Richard did offer $150 to which I will be taking him up on his word. Thank you.... Customer Dorothy Porch More
