My salesman, Rich, was easygoing, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the entire process. I truly felt like he enjoyed his job which made the car buying experience better, in so many ways! The finance team explained everything detail and was also very easy to work with. After buying my car many of salespeople came up and said “welcome to the family” and others were eager to hear what I decided to go with. Car buying can be daunting but in this case it was a great experience. This is my first Audi purchase and I can honestly say, I’m an Audi customer for life! More

He was low pressure but helpful. Had the right amount of follow up and was responsive to questions. Overall I bought a new car at a fair price with very little stress or annoyance.
