I bought my Acura from Rob Sight Ford and love it. Michael was friendly and very low pressure. I have bought several cars, and Tony is by far the easiest finance manager I have ever worked with. He was also respectful of the fact that I had young children with me. When my wife and I had to discuss the financing decisions, he left "his" office to allow us to speak privately. As with any used car buying experience, there is always the potential for an issue with the vehicle after the purchase. Unfortunately, I did have a couple of issues. Fortunately, Rob Sight Ford has an awesome general manager, Rich Poe. He personally took care of me. He was friendly, concerned about my issue, and apologized for my inconvenience (repetitively). Most importantly, he communicated with me frequently until the issue was completely resolved. In my opinion, this is the most important part of a car buying experience. Anyone can sell you a car. But, to make you feel comfortable with service after the sale... That shows the true essence of a dealership. Ultimately, I bought a great car, saved around two thousand dollars, and Rob Sight Ford went above and beyond, to take care of all of my needs. The hardest part of the whole experience, was picking which vehicle we wanted. More

I had a problem with another dealer and Ty Rudder found a car for me and had it in town within 48 hours. Ty was very informative and spent as much time as necessary until the deal was completed. We saw the truck we wanted on a Sunday. We called that Monday and told Michael we would like to test drive it. We went there that evening. Michael greeted us right away. We took it for a test drive. We liked it, the price was just right, and we wanted to buy it. Michael got us going with the paperwork. We then finished the paperwork with Rich. It all went through that evening; and we drove home in our new truck. Michael and Rich were both very friendly people. Any questions that we had, they were able to answer. In the following days, any questions I still had I was able to call Michael and get them answered. It was an easy, friendly, and fast process! More

This was a very good dealership. My fiance and I were very pleased with the employees that we got to work with throughout the entire time that we were there. Michael Cox was very helpful with trying to g very pleased with the employees that we got to work with throughout the entire time that we were there. The general manager was very helpful with our financing and we are very glad that we got to see him and not just a finance person. Worked with us from long distance (450 miles). Very fast in contacting us back, within 5 min. of contacting them online on a Mon,they responded. I originally bought my car in January 2012 from Rich Poe - best car buying experience I have ever had - no pressure - no games. Yesterday, Craig told me that they could change my oil and rotate my tires wi - best car buying experience I have ever had - no pressure - no games. Yesterday, Craig told me that they could change my oil and rotate my tires within an hour and they did - then he took the time after my truck was serviced to show me on his computer how I can track the service records of my vehicle. I didn't expect that level of customer service. More
