No issues from initial contact through purchase of my 2023 Bolt EUV. Any questions I had were answered quickly. No pressure to purchase, no upsells. They gave me a fair price for my trade in, and took care of the loan pay off. Many dealerships are charging "market adjustment" fees for these cars, as they're pretty hard to get. KMC had this vehicle for MSRP, and I did not try to negotiate a lower price. I did have a delay in KMC contacting Qmerit for the free 220v outlet install Chevy was offering with purchase of a Bolt, and had to contact the Chevy EV Concierge twice to get this resolved. As of this writing, the Qmerit app has been entered and is now going through its normal process. More

We took our new vehicle in a hurry and he called back offering a detailing or a full tank of gas. Remy is great! Definitely will purchase with Kirksville Motor Group and work with Remy next time! 1000% recommend Remy! More

I thought it was extremely weird that the salesman wouldn’t let me drive the vehicle off the lot. Instead he took us to a random parking lot about 2 miles away and switched me seats. I never was able to drive my vehicle over 60 mph. Had I not already had a vehicle just like this one, I probably wouldn’t have purchased it based on the “test drive” where I was told exactly where to go and how to drive. Joe Machens did something similar to me, and I won’t go back there for a number of reasons. In a small town, I just thought this practice was weird. Next, I secured financing outside of the dealer because I work closely with a friend on this type of business. I was contacted by the salesman and the finance manager to question me about why I was doing this. It was weird to feel pressured to finance in house when I prefer to take care of my own business. More
