Finally an honest car dealer I had been looking at Ram 1500 trucks for a couple of month. After having contact dealers from New England to Utah I cam across Ryan Auto Mall in one I had been looking at Ram 1500 trucks for a couple of month. After having contact dealers from New England to Utah I cam across Ryan Auto Mall in one of the car sites. The main attraction other then Ryan having a truck with 95% of what I was looking for was there advertising on the car site. They did not have a ridicules price just to get you to call but a clear breakdown of the MSRP, trabares that almost everyone one would qualify and then the special conditional rebates. No crazy dealer fees and responsive to my questions as well as willing to work with me on the financing options. My sales person was Reese that answered all my questions and when I requested the quote be sent to me there were no surprises, only the figures we agreed on over the phone. In my search I must have contacted over 20 dealers and out of the 20 I only found 3 that to me were reputable and did not play any games. Ryan Auto Mall was one of therm. I highly recommend doing business with them. More

While our intent was to get one vehicle, we actually left with two! Reece took great care of us as customers (my parents got a vehicle too)! I told him exact what I was looking for and he didn't try to change my mind, as others sometimes do. I knew exactly what I wanted! Even after the sale, Reece made sure any concerns were addressed. Kayla is absolutely adorable! She made sure we had all the information so that if we choose to have preventative services later that we are able to do so. Eric in service is awesome! Had a few minor issues and he took care of them with a smile! Overall, our family received excellent service and I highly recommend checking out the dealership to anyone shopping for a new or used (we got both) vehicle. More
