rebecca rocks! my hubby and i have not been to a car dealership in 40 yrs. we were traumatized at 21 in NY... but now we found a wonderful family of people at maus n my hubby and i have not been to a car dealership in 40 yrs. we were traumatized at 21 in NY... but now we found a wonderful family of people at maus nissan. rebecca was our sales rep and calmly listened to all of our needs. she understood that in the near future there wud be a need for handicap scooters. our first choice proved not to be a smart one--but rebecca did her homework...talked and texted me from home! figured out that we needed a pre-owned high end minivan...and how right she was!! power everything..doors open with a touch of a button.. a hatch the same..navigation.. power seats! leather! perfect!!! rebecca made us feel wanted not hunted...no hard sell... actually a most pleasant experience. i met and spoke to many people..all were smiling and cheerful and helpful... More
