Thanks MB Columbia for "delivering" a premium product and premium customer experience !! Updated - 10/31/19 _______________ Outstanding dealership and personnel. Purchased a GLS from Randy Freeman and Danh . This deal is "in delivery phase" long distance (1000 miles) purchase in which I never drove , inspected , missed the new car smell - however the deal was executed over the phone and FedEx' ing paperwork ! Hard to explain how trustful I have remained in the store safeguarding my investment and doing all the "right" things to keep my anxiety to a bare minimum (note: did I mention this was through my hospital stay and now recovery period 🙏). To summarize: if this store can pull off major purchases remotely with this much finesse , imagine how local clients are treated 👍. Looking forward to my delivery of 2019 GLS450 More
