Worst experience possible for a brand new vehicle. Expressed concerns, no follow-ip from anyone. Expressed concerns, no follow-ip from anyone. More

I was given an appointment to test drive a Porsche Macan on 3/18/22. When I reached there after a 45 min drive and then my daughter, who also drove 45 minutes from her workplace to test drive the car togeth on 3/18/22. When I reached there after a 45 min drive and then my daughter, who also drove 45 minutes from her workplace to test drive the car together, making me wait for an hour or so, and after much confusion about where the car actually was, I was told that the car was not even on the lot. It was in fact at the Porsche dealership awaiting a part from Germany to pass the state inspection or something??!! After expressing my total disappointment to the sales person Randol without much success, I spoke to the manager who also basically just apologized for the car not being there, with no regard for the inconvenience caused to me and my daughter for driving 45 minutes to test drive the vehicle, with a scheduled appointment! I had gone there with my check book, with the intention to actually purchase the car, but with the disappointing experience that I had, I told the staff there that I would never set my foot on their dealership ever again. How can the sales people be giving appointments to the potential customers to test drive vehicles that are not even at their lot!! A simple concept that this dealership does not understand! More

***Scam alert*** like most reviews posted earlier. This dealership is ready to LIE/CHEAT/SCAM in ways you can’t even imagine. They post the MSRP on their website and show that multiple 2022 palisades are a dealership is ready to LIE/CHEAT/SCAM in ways you can’t even imagine. They post the MSRP on their website and show that multiple 2022 palisades are available to get a ton of potential customers into their dealership, and this is when the scamming begins. First they give you a print out of sticker price and spend time discussing details on color/preferences to get you firmly into “buying mindset” then starts the “market adjustments” /Extended warranties or dealership add ons.. they will NEVER clearly tell u abt any off these markups over the phone. I have escalated this issue to store manager and turns out its an organized scamming business. Extremely rude/unprofessional/unethical dealership i have seen , save yourself a trip and take your business elsewhere where you as a customer is valued for your business. Its a well thought out scam , they are very well prepared to handle an irate customer who doesn't budge to their “market adjustments “ More

The most dishonest dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I live 2 hours from the dealership so I got everything worked out over the phone and through email prior to driving there. After arrival, they explain live 2 hours from the dealership so I got everything worked out over the phone and through email prior to driving there. After arrival, they explained my new car was now a fleet vehicle (stains all over the interior). The agreed upon price increased by $2000. They forced an additional “paint and fabric protection warranty” for another $3000, which they said they could not remove. All of this was discussed prior and they agreed that this would not happen after I arrived. I was apprehensive about going there after I read other reviews about Ron Carter. My instincts were right but unfortunately I still gave it a try. Obviously I walked out. More
