Had no problems with dealership until my 2019. Tundra sunroof exploded outward. No one seem to have any knowledge about this problem and when I spoke to the service manager. He claimed he knew not Tundra sunroof exploded outward. No one seem to have any knowledge about this problem and when I spoke to the service manager. He claimed he knew nothing about this problem. I told him there is an article ( from toyota nation ) and his response was I don’t have to read anything except what toyota sends him . So much for safety and there are many articles on the internet . Very disappointed. You need to either keep denying the problem or educate your staff. More

Came in for service, service writer was courteous and quick. He told me to wait in the customer area and that my car would be ready within 1 hour. 15 minutes later my car was completed. BRAVO quick.
