Ralph Clement was extremely helpful both times I went to him. In 2011 I ended up leasing. When the lease was up in 2014, I purchased a Nissan Frontier. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted when I first started looking in 2014 and Ralph was helpful in sorting out the possibilities. Ralph even brought me over to a sister dealership so that I could test drive one of their vehicles. I ended up with the Frontier and am happy with it. Along the way, Ralph proved to be a great advisor and a lot of fun to work with. Two years ago, I moved to Aiken, SC. If I still lived in CT I might have a new Nissan by now since Ralph always did (and still does)keep in touch. Jokingly (I think) he says if I buy one, he'll drive it down here. Larry had bought a car from Ralph Clement and was impressed by Ralph's detail and attention to the sale. I listened to Larry, and met Ralph the next day. We talked about what I was looking for, and Ralph made every attempt at finding what I wanted. The following day, he was able to show me a car that fit my request. Ralph made sure I knew what was included and personally checked to make sure that everything was there. When it came time to buy a new car, Ralph showed me some used cars on the lot, and we came upon a new Sentra with manual transmission (which I prefer). We took it out for a spin, and I decided to purchase it. Again, Ralph made sure that everything was complete, and double-checked to make sure I knew about all the extras included in this model and how to use them. With patience he walked me through them and offered to go over them if I ever needed help. I will always turn to Ralph because he has always gone out of his way to make sure I get what is needed.
