Spring Branch North, Houston, TX 01 4/25/2023 I purchased a 2022 CX5 back in February. After numerous calls to the dealership (they did not call me) my license plates were finally in. Unfortunately there was no front license plate holder for the car. I drove over 10 miles twice to get the license plate holder installed for my car and still nothing. I have been trying to get this matter resolved but even though 2 salesman stated they would get the part ordered and call me back I am still waiting. Both times I was told the part would be in the next day. It has been over 2 weeks and no call back. Apparently Greenway Mazda does not care about customer service. Once they sell you a car they are no longer interested in you as a customer. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service at Greenway Mazda and will never purchase another vehicle from them nor will I recommend them to any of my family or friends. More

It was the most enjoyable experience in my car buying history. My salesman Jose was so knowledgeable about my vehicle and he patiently helped me link my new car to the phone app. He gave me a follow up c history. The whole staff from salesman, finance officer to the general manager made me feel so welcomed. I went to the dealership for a certified used car but when I arrived I going out the car was not certified. I almost left.
