Not once during the 3 week long Q was great to work with, not only he is professional and knowledgeable, but he is also patient and a great listener. Not once during the 3 week long process, did he pressure us into making a decision or rushed us to purchase a car. We were undecided on the car and comparing with other makers like Toyota, Nissan, Lexus and Subaru. He was professional the whole time when we brought our concerns regarding other manufacturer advantage over Honda. But upon arriving to the dealership, total of 4 times, Q.Ali met us at the door, and assured us that he will figure things out and not to worry at all. By the end of the day, we were out in our beautiful Honda Accord with huge smiles, feeling very happy and satisfied. We will make sure that Q.Ali is our to go guy for any future car purchases. More

We went on a test drive and left to test drive next door. there was no pressure, he was confident that we will be back which was right. He told us what we were not gonna like in other minivan which was right on point. Overall, very Happy with our purchase. Thank you Q.ali for showing us what customer service is all about. Best car buying experience. Thank you Q.Ali I did all my research online for a 2018 CR-V, well that's what I thought. Came in thinking the LX (LX for luxury) model was the top of the line. I did all my research online for a 2018 CR-V, well that's what I thought. Came in thinking the LX (LX for luxury) model was the top of the line. Upon arriving at Klein Honda met Q. Ali, super nice sales person. No pressure or rush. He asked me few questions why CR-V LX, told him I wanted everything CR-V comes with, RoofRails, led headlights, Apple carplay. I found out I was describing the features of a touring model, out of my budget range. But thanks to Q he found my must have heated seats, moon roof and roof rails as an add-on accessories. Thanks to Q for helping me save few thousands of dollars on a new Honda CR-V. Ask for Q whether you walk-in, or call or email them highly recommended product specialist, very knowledgeable. Best car buying experience. More
