I wanted to let everyone know that this dealership Parts Center is the worse. I can just imagine that the rest of it operates the same way. I would stay away from them. The employee that greet me was rude and looked like someone that should find a new job and his manager should follow him out the door, as I can tell he got trained by him. My wife bought a camera for our 2024 Denali HD3500 long box ($125 000 truck) to mount on the horse trailer to make the invisible trailer option work. I did not like the idea as our horse trailer as double opening door at the back and that will not work with this system... So, this morning I tried to return the unused camera, well I got decline under false assumption that the box was open, its a brown generic cardboard box!!! The camera is in perfect new condition, nothing missing. I can tell you that when someone is being stiff over a $800 camera with someone that owns a truck like mind, they are only after 1 thing from everyone, the initial purchase. After being frustrated by this pretend manager, I decided to talk with the General manager, well the cowered person decline talking with me and advise the front desk employee that he would call me later...still waiting 5 hours later... I cant believe that he never got out of is office to meet me and apologize in person for his busy schedule and make a new meeting with me...CUSTOMER SERVICE START WITH YOU Mr. General manager. That is most likely why everyone is miserable in this dealership. If you want to avoid this disappointment, I would try a different dealership. More

Sold me options Failed to put the undercoating and then failed to actually install. After them challenging me that I was wrong they finally owned up to issue only to Failed to put the undercoating and then failed to actually install. After them challenging me that I was wrong they finally owned up to issue only to end up with more issues which took me months to resolve. Still not resolved and after demanding my money back to be done with this and then agreeing they renagged on the deal only after my follow up on the cheque a month later. No I'm being told to wait again for a 'cheque in the mail'. Don't go here. It's a train wreck, staff that stops caring the second you sign the papers and frankly the dealership itself is a dump anyways. More

We had an excellent experience from start to finish buying our 2014 GMC Sierra! Every member of staff played their part. The sales team were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They listened to our needs and made sure that we were 100% satisfied and confident in our purchase. The finance department made everything so straightforward and kept our best interests in mind. There is a very positive atmosphere within the dealership, every staff member was friendly, we never felt like we were put "under pressure" to purchase and we thoroughly enjoyed dealing with SHAW GMC. I cannot recommend highly enough!! More
