Phil went over the pros and cons of each car as well as the differences in equipment and safety features between the two vehicles that I was considering to ensure I knew all the differences before I made my final decision. He was very patient while I went back and fourth on pricing and financing never giving me the feeling that I was annoying him with all my questions. More
