I specifically chose Wilde East Town Honda based on my sister's experience working with John and the service provided. Top notch. John was very patient, understanding, and easy to ask questions of him and discuss options. Thank you John. I also appreciated the work conducted by Phil Hogans who was tenacious in searching for a particular car of interest for me. While I was working with John Belken, Phil took time to introduce himself to me and also explain the challenge in a most honest and genuine matter so that I had full knowledge of the situation in acquiring a certain vehicle. A most personal and friendly manager. Thank you to Pepe Cabrera who presented finance information in a manner that was easy to understand. Equally appreciated was Pepe's patient approach and understanding when deciding on options. As a whole, I greatly appreciated the purchasing experience and will highly recommend Wilde East Town Honda to my family members, friends, and colleagues - even if having to drive an extra 2 hours to attend to the Wilde East Town Honda dealership. Emily and Phil were great to work with. I was looking for a car and it came down to a Honda at Zimbrick and at Wilde. The customer experience at Wilde was much much better then Zimbrick. I would recommend Wi a car and it came down to a Honda at Zimbrick and at Wilde. The customer experience at Wilde was much much better then Zimbrick. I would recommend Wilde everyday over the other. He is extremely polite and courteous and was very helpful in seeing that our needs were met. He even came in on his day off for me to pick up my new CRV, and then stayed for the rest of the day to assist in my husband's purchase of a Ridgeline. I have never seen a car salesman go above and beyond like he did. We were also very impressed with Phil and his eagerness to make the numbers work and with Peter in how he managed to get us approved for two cars within 24 hours. I was also quite impressed with Michael's willingness to help me figure out how my bluetooth feature works. He could have directed me to the manual but he didn't. He took the time to explain and show me how it works. The facility is very customer friendly with the coffee bar, clean bathrooms, comfy lounge area with computers, tvs and toys for the kiddos, not to mention the stunning aquarium! Definitely the most positive car shopping experience I have ever had. I will gladly tell all of my friends, family and coworkers about Wilde East Towne Honda!! -Erica Anderson More
