New Vehicle Purchase We have been in the market for a new vehicle for a while. It didn't matter if it was new or used. Both my family and my husband's family have purchase We have been in the market for a new vehicle for a while. It didn't matter if it was new or used. Both my family and my husband's family have purchased new vehicles from Key using salesman Joey Carrico. Joey asked us what we were looking for- a family vehicle, good fuel milage, good safety features and features that were easy to use. Joey showed us a few SUV's that were in our price range. He also showed us a van. There was no pressure from Joey to make a decision. He took the time to answer every question we had and thoroughly explained everything. If he didnt know the answer, he made sure to find it out before we left. We test drove the vehicle that we ended up purchasing. Joey went above and beyond helping before we made our decision and after. We purchased our vehicle on a Sunday. I brought it back on Monday to be detailed, add my spare tire and have all of the stickers removed. Joey kept me informed on the progress of the service center and what they were doing. Financing was a breeze! Phil sat down with us, explained all or our options, what each scenario was and pros and cons. Thus was the process that I dreaded the most. With Phil's help, I have no doubt we made the right financing decisions. Thank you to Joey and Phil for making our first brand new vehicle purchase so easy...and FUN!! We will definitely use Joey and Key Chrysler when we are ready to Purchase another vehicle! More

Best experience in buying a truck It was a great experience dealing at Key. I had a new Dodge Ram bought in under an hour. I was given the keys to test drive the truck and by the time I drove to yellow springs and back Phil Butler had already figured the price for my trade in which was above what I expected. Joe Vaught was the most awesome and knowledgable salesman. There was absolutely no pressure like you see at other dealerships. They have a huge inventory of anything you want. The facility is immaculate. The paperwork process with Bob Peterson was a breeze. When I returned the next day, my beautiful truck was sitting out front and was spic and span. My plates were switched out quickly. Joe made sure I knew everything about my truck and I was on my way. It was also a pleasure to be introduced to Mr. Tobey. You can tell how proud he is of his dealership and all of the great people that work there. If you are in need of a new vehicle, it is worth the drive to Xenia. More
