Prior to my visit to Honda Superstore, I had a less than satisfactory experience with their Online Internet Manager. The manager showed no enthusiasm in selling me anything or even offering me an appointmen satisfactory experience with their Online Internet Manager. The manager showed no enthusiasm in selling me anything or even offering me an appointment to visit the dealership. It seemed like he had either reached his quota or simply lacked interest in catering to my needs. As a loyal Honda owner, I was genuinely eager to explore the latest offerings. Although they no longer manufacture Insights, I was curious about the alternative options available to me. However, I desired a salesperson who possessed the motivation to introduce me to fresh and exciting prospects. This is where Pedro Serrano enters the picture... Pedro Serrano was my salesman, and I am extremely grateful for his assistance. He acknowledged me as a potential customer who had a genuine interest in purchasing a car. He offered to connect me with the Interne Salesperson, BUT, given my experience. I didn't want to work with him. I chose Pedro, he recognized that I knew what I was looking for and didn't attempt to pressure me into buying anything unnecessary. I asked him a single question, and his response was concise and accurate. Taking it as a positive sign, I decided to proceed and he took me for a test drive. He presented two different cars to me, but it was the Accord Touring that stole my heart. The entire sales process was seamless, and I cannot stress enough the incredible value of Pedro's personalized customer service. Norm Reeves Honda Superstore should strive to have more individuals like him – individuals who are intelligent, technologically adept, and exhibit professionalism in their sales approach.
