Very unhappy with the dishonest, shady practices of the
members of this dealership. As a customer, I should feel confident trusting what is told to me while bringing my business to Weston Nissan. Instead,

Instead, I had to become an “investigator” to pick apart the lies and the scam tactics. I pointed out multiple discrepancies to a manager that could not argue my findings. He tried to prove me wrong and it backfired in his face. WHAT IS ADVERTISED SHOULD BE TRUE! WHAT IS ADVERTISED SHOULD BE HONORED! The same shady practices are done in the finance office. I am also waiting to hear back from Finance Manager “Harold” about a major discrepancy that was brought up with the extended warranty I purchased. Thank you to the hard work of the salesman, JC who was the only honest person throughout the deal. He is what made me not walk straight out of this dealership. If Management chooses to make things right, I will adjust this review to a better rating. If not, I will follow correct steps with the Better Business Bureau.
