There is no beating around the bush to make a quick sale, he’s all about what’s going to be the best for the customer. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to give him a quick call or shoot him a text because I needed “that person” to tell me “Shelby, this is going to be your best choice”. I wholeheartedly trust him and what direction he points me in because every single time he has, I’ve walked out of Toyota very happy. I am forever in debt to his kindness and generosity.
