I was searching for my wife's Christmas gift and was having bad luck. Previously I visited 4 other dealerships. I researched each dealership and knew what I wanted when I walked in. I told him what I wanted he told me to come by and check it out. I love that He didn't push anything else on me once I got there. Communication is key and Paul nailed it. Excellent service!!! Very courteous and professional. Sent me information on the features of the three cars I was interested in. Once I decided, and purchased the Maserati I wanted my salesman assisted me in setting up prefere the features of the three cars I was interested in. Once I decided, and purchased the Maserati I wanted my salesman assisted me in setting up preferences regarding seats, mirrors and steering wheel. Explained how to navigate through the touch screen and answered my questions. When I came to pick up my car it was ready. Car was immaculately clean on the inside and out. When one of my key FOBs had a dead battery he put new batteries in both of them. He gave me the empty packages, so I would know what kind of battery I might need in the future. Very pleasant experience and I would consider them if I wanted another car. More
