However, if i ever felt i had a problem or a question i would never hesitate to call, and i know i would be delt with in a professional manner. Every vehicle has given us great service and i have never felt the old fashion high pressure sales feeling at Herb Chambers. I would recommend this dealership with confidence to anyone. I also would recommend someone who has been wonderful to us and that is Paul Scannell, he has wonderful way about him and i feel he is a real people person. Thank you very much Paul for everything. My dad bough I came in to buy a car, I knew what I wanted, I knew what I had to work with, and I expected it to be difficult and a painful experience. My dad bought his 35th anniversary Mustang from Herb Chambers years ago and suggested I go there to buy my first car. It was a fantastic first time buyer's experience! I felt that Paul really listened to what I was looking for, what I could spend, what I wanted to finance, and what my goals were. I wasn't pushed or shoved towards something I wouldn't have wanted. I was shown a car that fit my needs and style. When I picked up the car, Paul sat with me and helped me set up my SYNC account, showed me every in and out of the car, and invited me to come back at any time, to call him at any time, with any questions. I tend to hang onto my vehicles for a long time ( the last one was a college graduation gift! I won't say how many years ago... lol), but I'll be steering my friends back to Paul at HC. And my next purchase will be there, too! More

Love our new F150 My wife and I owned a 2005 F150 with 175K+ miles that needed a little service done. Long story short, there were a few more issues with the truck than we had anticipated and the repairs were more than we had planned on spending for a vehicle we were planning on trading in, in February or so. We took a look around the lot to see what was available for options, and found a beautiful F150 STX that suited our needs. Paul Scannell helped us out immensely,was not pushy and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need or want. He really made the whole process easier than we had ever experienced at any other dealership. We were given a great deal on the new truck, and a good value on our trade-in. We would highly recommend Herb Chambers Ford in Westboro , and especially Paul Scannell to anyone who is looking to buy a new vehicle and doesn't want to put up with the stereotypical high pressure sales tactics used at other places. Paul Scannell was very knowledg For the first time in my 86 years, I finally found a sales person that made buying a new car a pleasurable experience. Paul Scannell was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and was not the least bit pushy or trying to force me to buy a car. When I decided that I wanted to buy a 2013 Ford C-Max he competently led me through the process and after the sale was completed took me out to the car and demonstrated all of the features of the car and the new Ford Sync system. Paul even connected my cell phone so that I could receive phone messages hands free while driving. On several occasions I stopped by to ask about some features I didn't quite understand about the system and Paul very patiently and politely took the time to answer all my questions. If there were more sales people like Paul Scannell then the process of buying a new car would not be such a hassle and your worries about getting screwed would disappear.. More

The most fun I have ever had purchasing a vehicle I can honestly say that I really enjoyed purchasing my new vehicle. My salesperson Paul was so nice and helpful. In the end, it was Paul's attitude and helpfulness that made me go with the Ford. Believe me when I say, I drove every single car in the class some were good and some not, but I must have gone to 20 different car dealers. Paul was the absolute best salesperson of all of them. I would sincerely recommend him and Herb Chambers to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. More
