Even if they couldn’t help they could’ve called back to tell that. They were awesome to start with and for whatever reason I just got ignored. I wish I never worked with Racine Toyota and I wish that I could sell my car back to them. Also, when I first bought this car I was only given the option of two cars; so I can only assume they knew the car was lemon and we’re trying to rid themselves of it. I am out $15000 and no working vehicle. More

Complicating this was that it was a new procedure, and in my opinion, the staff wasn't given enough training that included problem resolution when things didn't go as expected. I don't fault the staff - they gave it their best shot(s), and finally it did get done, and done properly. I won't hesitate to go back for other services. More
