A Perfect 10!! Paul is by far the best car sales person I ever worked with. He listened to what we wanted and provided options. (We also looked at many other Mfg's and at other dealerships) On my next visit to GATES, Paul knew we were coming and he had 2 cars pulled up waiting for us to test drive. We purchased the 2015 Terrain with all the options that I wanted. I enjoy my new GMC however, I love the dealership. Eric Gates also worked diligently to ensure that when we took possession of the Terrain we were in and out in no time without pressure. My car buying experience at GATES was nothing short of outstanding. (The other dealerships we worked with do not come close to our experience with Paul & Eric at GATES.) More
