Have been going back everytime!! With this dealership and Paul Mazza as a salesman you do not need to shop around. We have bought all of our new cars from here and Paul (and had our o With this dealership and Paul Mazza as a salesman you do not need to shop around. We have bought all of our new cars from here and Paul (and had our oldest son buy his first new car as well) and each time we would go to other dealerships for a quote on the same exact vehicle they would say they couldn't beat it. One dealership salesman even told us to "run, don't walk, back there, I don't know how they are giving you that price". They are up front about everything unlike other dealerships. My youngest son was misled by a Volkswagen dealership who was misleading about everything and he ended up paying a lot more than originally told. We ALWAYS shopped around to "make sure" and ALWAYS found out that this dealership and Paul would always give the best deal. Chris M the "signing the final documents" guy was awesome and did not make me feel uncomfortable about not wanting certain extended warranties (which I know going in I am going to say no to) but does a great job about explaining the coverage if you wish to have it (ok, he convinced us to get the gap coverage which is a good idea). This dealership has great reviews from lots of people for a reason. They truly want your business, are up front and not "sheisty", and the customer service from all associates is AMAZING. I am a customer service supervisor/trainer for decades for a company that has a cs satisfaction of 96% or more and this place amazes me. Someone is always opening the door for you, offering you snacks/drinks and if your preferred sales rep is busy, they will take care of you until he/she is available. (yes, we popped in unannounced). If life events happen and you are unsure if you would qualify for a loan at a reasonable rate do not be afraid to reach out to this dealership. We always qualified for most of our new car purchases for the "well qualified" rate but then we had a life event happen that affected our credit but this dealership was able to get us into a new vehicle at a very surprising interest rate and affordable monthly payment which I did not think was going to happen. Can't recommend them (and Paul and staff) enough!! More

Paul Bacon was right on it...finding me the car that fit my needs and wants at the price I wanted to pay. All the salesmen and the finance managers are friendly and professional. As for service, I’ve been a customer of Gates since 2003, their service department is excellent. Prices are like every dealership service department but, if you are in the waiting room, you are in your living room with snacks! Service technicians are professionals and get the job done right the first time. And, the kicker is that your car comes back to you straight from the car wash next door. I do recommend the dealership to my friends and family. More
