I actually ended up having to buy a new car the day after I brought my car in based on the issues with my Juke. Jeana (service dept) & Paul (the salesman) made a very stressful situation much easier to deal I brought my car in based on the issues with my Juke. Jeanna pulled off a Christmas miracle in locating a rental for me when I wasn't able to drive my car anymore. Paul worked his butt off to get me my new car ASAP (staying past his scheduled shift time) and even delivered my new Kicks to where I work. I can't recommend Paul enough if you need to purchase a vehicle! If he is still there when I buy my next car I will definitely go to him! Thank you SO much for saving my Christmas!
