Spectacular Service :) Hubby and I were in the market for a 4 door sedan that also exhibited luxury, sport and safety. And we stumbled upon Acura by accident and we did our Hubby and I were in the market for a 4 door sedan that also exhibited luxury, sport and safety. And we stumbled upon Acura by accident and we did our homework and we are so happy that we did. The 'ILX A Spec' was what caught our eye, we needed a change from our current 2-door fire engine red Dodge Challenger. My aging parents will be moving to AZ and will move in with us and we need to be in a comfortable car for their sake and at the same time look super fly!! The ILX A-SPec did not disappoint! Paul reached out to us on Saturday evening and needless to say we made an appointment to come in the next day and he hooked us up with Maverick Brock. Maverick was phenomenal with his knowledge of the vehicle and was very detailed in his explanation of all the features that the vehicle offered. He and Paul worked very hard to make sure that we received the best offer for our trade-in so we can afford this amazing vehicle. And in the end they welcomed us to the Acura family and we were new owners to this amazing vehicle, we opted for the white exterior and red/black leather-suede interior. And now the third member of this team, Justin Larsen, helped us seal the deal. These 3 gentleman worked so well together and we were very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with them for our new luxury car. Thanks fellas and stay awesome! Yo Cuz!!!!! More

Aaron Seabaugh- Best Customer Service! My experience overall was phenomenal! I initially started my search online and inquired about a vehicle and my trade in. Almost immediately I had an e My experience overall was phenomenal! I initially started my search online and inquired about a vehicle and my trade in. Almost immediately I had an email in my box from Aaron introducing himself. Thankfully he was very patience and kept in contact (but not pushy!) about my interest in the car. When I was finally ready to talk, he met me where I needed to be met, which was primarily email and text communication. I was able to detail what I was looking for, discuss my trade in, get a video and link to the exact car, go through the financing qualification, and finalizing the car purchase all via email. This was by far, hands down, the best car buying experience I've ever had! I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout-out to Paul Brown (Internet Manager) who not only assisted me while Aaron was wrapping up with a customer, but who is also the male version of myself. Overall- great team at this location and will be recommending them to everyone! More

Excellent buying experience! My wife and I live in Flagstaff and traveled to Acura of Peoria this past week to trade in a Lexus CT200h for a 2014 Acura RDX. I had reservation of My wife and I live in Flagstaff and traveled to Acura of Peoria this past week to trade in a Lexus CT200h for a 2014 Acura RDX. I had reservation of calling to even inquire about this deal because I have had horrible experiences at other Phoenix dealerships when trying to negotiate a trade/purchase deal from this distance. Here is what set Acura of Peoria apart from the rest... First, when I initiated my call to Acura of Peoria I was connected to Darren Maus in sales. Darren was attentive, direct, and helpful in expediting trade value of my Lexus. Darren then physically checked inventory to make sure the two Acura SUV's my wife and I were interested in were still available and sent more pictures at my wife's request. I was then contacted by sales manager, Paul Brown, who further discussed and negotiated the trade and purchase offer over the phone. Paul was honest about what he could and couldn't offer, personable, and also genuinely listened to our needs. Within less than an hour of initiating my first call, Darren, Paul and myself had bartered an excellent deal. My wife and I drove the following day to test drive the Acura's we were interested in with our three dogs in tow! Upon arriving, we were greeted upon entering the dealership at our pace vs. being swarmed like pray for the kill and subsequently made to feel welcome to their dealership, dogs included. We were given ample opportunity to test drive and deliberate between our available choices of vehicles. Admittedly we are not the easiest customers and all of our questions and concerns were met with a positive attitude from both Darren and Paul. Eventually, my wife and I made our decision of purchasing a pre-owned Acura RDX. Once the deal was agreed upon, Brian in the service department hustled to install a factory roof rack, remove some damaged window tint (a very minor tint issue that would not bother most people, but did me), and lubricate motor mechanisms in the side view mirrors. Mind you this was at 3 PM on a Friday and these were not small tasks and reasonably the dealership could have requested we wait until the following day for delivery, however they did not. Instead they whisked the Acura away to ready it for our return trip to Flagstaff. We were told this would take a few hours and directed to a fantastic restaurant for take out. We ran a few errands and before we had even finished both of these tasks, we were called and informed finance was ready to sign paperwork and our vehicle would be ready about the time we finished in finance. Justin Larsen in finance was efficient, funny and friendly while also welcoming our three dogs into his office. We were in and out of finance in record time, while still having our questions taken care of without feeling rushed. Possibly the most important note is that the deal we made 2+ hours away was honored without exception even after arriving at the dealership! Moments after walking out of finance, our new to us vehicle was ready with all service items taken care of. Attention to detail was not missed and huge thank you to Paul, Darren, Brian and Justin for their amazing customer service and commitment to making this buying experience from start to finish top notch!
