He was friendly, good at assessing the things that mattered to us and very familiar with the vehicles which was refreshing. But , as we got to heavy decision making he became a bit pushy. And telling us repeatedly how good he is at his job was weird and uncomfortable. We had to ask for time to ourselves to talk privately several times, the last time with him telling us ‘ok I think I already did that’. That was very uncomfortable. Think that could have been handled better. Overall we like the Toyota brand, have done business at this dealership and service dept for years and that keeps us coming back. More

Worth the wait We walked in at Elk Grove Toyota after asking for a quote the day before on a Hybrid Camry. It’s been in our bucket list to buy last year. Of course We walked in at Elk Grove Toyota after asking for a quote the day before on a Hybrid Camry. It’s been in our bucket list to buy last year. Of course we decided to get it on a Busy Sunday afternoon, glad we met Mr Bill, he was professional, helpful and very nice, honest person. no heating the bushes here and was respectful of our time. We felt bad since he’s supposed to clock out at 6 but he finish our transaction until it was done. Thank you for an excellent customer service Bill, Patrick and Ahmad.
