I went in for an oil change and 3000 my car was checked in right away. check up and tire rotation. I was told this would be a 2 hour wait. I had an emergency and had to leaver urgently. Could not have been more pleased with the service I received. I was having a problem with connecting my cell phone and between the service consultant Owen Suarez and the BDC mgr.JuliaHarskey they were received. Made the appointment a month+ in advance, necessary parts to perform service were known at the time of my making the appointment and I was told would be in stock. I dropped the car off for service early in to perform service were known at the time of my making the appointment and I was told would be in stock. I dropped the car off for service early in the morning only to find out late in the day that the parts were not in stock or available but rather would need to be ordered from GM. This is hugely inconvenient, takes multiple hours out of my day, had to rearrange kids' carpool schedule, etc. and is entirely and easily avoidable. More
