They looked at it twice and told me there was nothing wrong with it. Took it to my mechanic and found out the inner tread of the tires are so bare it’s not safe to drive. They do NOT stand behind their word, nor were they willing to fix the problem. More

After considerable peppering of questions to the salesman and a test drive, I decided to wait on doing anything for a few months because of cost. Next day, he figured out a way to make a new Jeep fit my budget and I agreed to a deal. The salesman, the finance manager and the "tech guy" made the whole experience very easy. More

Buyer beware Based on curb appeal one would expect professionalism and honesty, but based on my recent experience, this is far from what you will get at Zeigle Based on curb appeal one would expect professionalism and honesty, but based on my recent experience, this is far from what you will get at Zeigler. The disrespect, and flat out contempt I received was unmatched, and I would ask everyone reading this to reconsider potential business dealings. Recently my wife and I purchased a vehicle from Zeigler, which to say the least, way an unpleasant experience. During the negotiations the sales manager accused me a “taking food off his salesman’s plate”. Regardless of the immaturity, we liked the vehicle, and pushed through the awful process. Now for the fun part. Six days after the purchase my wife contacted me in a panic as the vehicle was spewing fuel from underneath. My first reaction was a this is a mechanical issue, and since the vehicles was still under the manufactures warranty, I advised her to have it towed to the Audi dealer. After the Audi inspection they determined that the fuel tank damage was a preexisting issue. Due to the visible age of the damage they advised us to follow up with the dealership we purchased from as this should be taken care of by the seller. We contacted Zeigler and they asked us to have the vehicle towed to their dealership so they can rectify the situation (on my dime might I add). After inspection by Zeigler they followed up by TEXT stating that due to vandalism after purchase “this was not their problem”. After several attempt to contact them by phone I was able to get ahold of the sales manager who, at best, was unprofessional and childish. (1) This was not vandalism as the vehicle was housed behind fences and was under video surveillance which provide no wrong doing (2) two technicians determined that the visible age of the damage provided evidence of a preexisting issue. At best the business practices at Zeigler are shady and they seem to have zero issue with resale of a potential hazardous vehicle. This issue will be pushed further through legal measures, but please reconsider purchase through Zeigler as there are several reputable dealership in the Chicagoland area that will stand behind their sale. By far a nightmare experience that could of been solved by having the vehicle inspected by qualified technicians who are safely focused. More

We went to two other Jeep dealerships (St. Charles & Eglin) and had terrible experiences at both of them. Nino is pleasant, patient and took care of our new vehicle purchase. This is the ninth new vehicle that we've purchased in twenty years and we'd definitely go back to Nino for our next. We want to thank everyone at Zeigler (Bill & Robert in the service department, Mercedes for fielding our phone calls and our F&I manager) for making our experience memorable. More
