Everyone at Gates Nissan was extremely friendly the moment I arrived on the lot. When I met Jay he listened to what I wanted and knew that I needed time to think about the car before we discussed fina moment I arrived on the lot. He knew I didn't like surprises and made sure I was called to let me know what my payments would be before I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car. Nick called me the day before I was to pick the car up to let me know what my payments would be. When I told them I would like them a little lower, he said he would see what he could do. I arrived on Saturday to get my car, they were still working on the deal. Eric, Nick, and Jay all worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable with the payments and happy with my purchase. Overall my experience was very pleasant. Tyler Magnon and Nick Truax were both highly professional and very pleasant. Based on the experience I had with these two I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Eric Gates on the other hand made me feel more like just another sale rather than a person whom they wish to keep there. He tried to (for lack of a better word) swindle me and least once lied straight to my face (I say at least once because I only caught one time), and when I called him on it he made up some excuse to try and cover his tracks. I am a firm believer in not letting one bad person ruin my opinion of a business and after dealing with Eric, I gave them one more chance. Tyler and Nick more than made up for the sour taste I had and I would go back here. More
