After being in the car business for 37 years and knowing every in and out about customer service I have to rate the personnel at Gates Nissan the highest ratings possible. They go beyond the call of duty to satisfy their customers. Brian was my salesman but Paul Bacon assisted on the sale. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Brian and could not have been more pleased. Nick is also a professional at his position of F & I manager, Great guy to work with. As for Ryan, That's another story but won't go there Ha Ha, He was also GREAT. My Hat is off to all at Gates Nissan, Great job Guy's. Ken French More

This was the best car purchasing experience I have had. The entire staff, even those that I didn't actually work with, was professional, friendly and courteous. Gates offered a fantastic internet price on the vehicle. When I walked into the showroom, Paul greeted me and we immediatley located the truck, drove it and sat down to talk price. No pressure, just right to business and the bottom line, which I appreciated. I left a deposit to think about the purchase over the weekend, and did some research at other dealerships. No one could even come within $2000 of Gates price. On Monday, my only decision was which color and options. And that was wasn't the simplest, because Gates had so many more Frontiers than any of the other dealers. On Tuesday I returned, and within about 90 minutes, completed the transaction, including financing. If I had any complaint, it would be that the internet price was so low, I couldnt squeeze another penny out of the deal. But that's the kind of complaint you actually like to have. If the price alone wasn't good enough, since I had no trade-in and live 30 miles away from Gates, Paul even offered to have someone pick me up so I wouldn't have to find a ride to get my new truck. I would have to categorize that as above and beyond. More

The Dealership is a friendly attractive and upbeat enviroment. The salesman were willing to go above and beyond what i perserve as the normal customer business relationship. They were truly concerened that I was more than satisified with my purchase. This is my 2nd experience purchasing from Gates Nissian and I will return again for my next vehicle purchase as well. And will highly recommend Paul, Nick and Gates dealership to all. They worked very hard at getting a vehicle to a price as close as they could that was affordable to me!! More

Our son suggested we go to Gates and meet with the dealer he did business with, Brian Philips. It was getting close to closing time for the dealership. Ad we walked towards the back of the lot I noticed a pretty Cadillac but my husband's focus was still on a truck. Anyhow he did test drive two pickups and I nudged him to test drive the Caddie. All the while the clock is ticking away . My husband has always had a love of Cadillacs so he finnally decided to test the Caddie. Clock is still ticking away. He decided to get the Caddie. Now we had to meet with the financial department. We asked if we could take the car home until Monday when all the paperwork would be done for our loan. They did let us take it. We did not leave there until 2 hours after closing time. They had so much patience with us as these two gentelmen gave up their time to help us with our vehicle purchase and all the questions we asked. More

I stopped in on a Sunday to just look over the lot for a used truck. I wasn't aware that they were open but Kris Cote came out and we discussed my needs. We had a great experience with Gates Nissan. We came to Gates hoping to trade in our Chevy Silverado for not one but TWO cars. We had initially hoped to purchase used vehicles, but ended up leaving with 2 Gates hoping to trade in our Chevy Silverado for not one but TWO cars. We had initially hoped to purchase used vehicles, but ended up leaving with 2 brand new Nissans instead. Kris was very helpful from the start, very friendly and most definitely accomadating (we had our 19 months old in tow). All the staff at Gates were very patient and friendly, making sure that we had everything we needed. If we had anything negative to say, it would be that the process really took a lot longer than we had expected. We started one day, which was 5 hours, and a follow up day that was 5 as well. If our time there had been less I would definitely give 5 star rating across the board. More
