He made sure that we were going to get the vehicles that we wanted. My husband had been looking for a new truck for 3 months before we decided to stop in to Gates one day. Ralph worked with my husband for 2 weeks and found him a truck that he was finally satisfied with and my husband loves it. I also have a vehicle from Gates and again my experience was excellent as well. The service department is wonderful, they are always so friendly, informative and honest. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our new GMC Acadia from Gates. Sunday afternoon we decided to go look at a vehicle we saw in used inventory. A new salesman Seth Gwiazdowski greeted us and test drove the vehicle with us explaining the package options and warranty options. Promptly Monday morning we had a vehicle available in the exact cot options and mileage we were looking at. It is Wednesday morning and my new vehicle is on my driveway. The entire process lead by Seth and James Satalino 'Peach' was incredible. The teamwork, expertise and diligence made out buying experience a anxiety free enjoyable one. Jimmy Yilmaz is one amazing sales consultant! We called ahead to look at one specific vehicle and Jimmy had it pulled out front and ready for us when we arrived. We knew it was the truck for us a We called ahead to look at one specific vehicle and Jimmy had it pulled out front and ready for us when we arrived. We knew it was the truck for us and Jimmy didn't try to push us on anything different which we appreciated. We went in and started on the financing process which took awhile but Jimmy was with us every step of the way and even took two of our three children on a golf cart ride and made the hot chocolate to keep them busy. When we hit obstacles with the state inspection/emmisions Jimmy went above and beyond to get things done so that by the end of the night my husband was able to drive our new truck home. Nick the finance Manager was also tremendous in helping to expedite the paperwork process as after 5 hours there we had three restless kids. Oh and the guy from State Farm was really helpful too, just kidding thanks Jake. I would recommend this dealership to anybody they truly made a challenging car buying process less stressful. I'll definitely be back when we are ready for a new vehicle. More
