staying on top of the issues.. After phoning Gates & speaking with NICK T & getting some questions answered on a used Volvo, I drove 91 miles from Boston to check it out. Nate & Jake teamed up to help me with specs on the vehicle and also calc a trade in...the used vehicle needed some body work and we shared the expenses in arriving at a fair deal. Then these 2 guys went to work and coordinated all the 3rd party services ( rims, body work) and kept me updated with regular updates so we could align a delivery date...GATES GETS IT & their team is very professional, very committed, and has excellent resources in the auto industry. When delivery day arrives, Nick breezed me thru the paperwork and coordinated all the needed paperwork to register in MASS. I am bringing my kids shopping at Gates when they (3) need their next vehicle! WORTH THE TRIP More

Amazing service, above and beyond I headed to Gates after having a not so desirable experience at another dealership. Being that this was my first time purchasing a car of my own, I re I headed to Gates after having a not so desirable experience at another dealership. Being that this was my first time purchasing a car of my own, I really wanted the car of my dreams (in a good price range!) Not only did Chris and Nick get me an amazing interest rate, (9.49% versus a competitor that could only get me 17%!) they were super accomodating to the fact that I had a vacation planned right in the middle of it all.
