When i went to go test drive the car and sign the paperwork i of course had more questions about the paperwork, they then said oh its this price because this is rolled in or because of this, never took the time to break anything down and explain it to me. I also bought a certified pre-owned and was told that it came with... CAME WITH, people an 84 month/100,000 mile warranty. Upon reviewing the documents again i found that they charged me $1,748 for this service contract when i never signed any paperwork for it and didn't receive a copy of it. Also, i have been trying to get a hold of someone all week to get this straightened out and NO ONE has called me back it has been a whole week just to send a simple email with copy's of documents and get an explanation... More
