Let me start with I didn't NEED another car and I would sooner have a root canal without novocaine than than buy a car or cell phone. I found a car I had been looking at for years with low miles and tho sooner have a root canal without novocaine than than buy a car or cell phone. I found a car I had been looking at for years with low miles and thought what the heck inquire about it. I had been pre-approved for an auto loan and Bozard was one of the dealerships on their "preferred" list. Nick Ray reached out (via text) and answered my questions. He asked what I wanted to do and I was going to trade my current car and I wanted my payments below. The next day I got a text from Nick letting me know he found a lender with a better interest rate than my pre-approval and a payment I wanted. I looked over the paperwork signed it online and made an appointment to test-drive it the next day. There was NO pressure to purchase any warranty or extras. The day came I drove 2 hours to xx. Augustine and walked into the dealership Nick met me with the key and temp tag. We went out looked over the car and drove it. He explained all the bells and whistles I signed the DMV paperwork and I was on my way to have lunch with my best friend. I was at the dealership for less than an hour and it would have been much if we hadn't talked about my hearse (my dream car as a kid & no it wasn't my trade-in). Nick and everyone we encountered at the dealership was so kind, professional and easy to work worth. I am very happy with the vehicle and the experience at Bozard Ford Lincoln. I called Larry up at Bozard Ford told him exactly what I wanted, down to the payments and everything. He immediately got to work. He told me he would get with Tom R, the best used car manger you will ever m wanted, down to the payments and everything. He immediately got to work. He told me he would get with Tom R, the best used car manger you will ever meet! Him and Larry both worked their magic together and made buying a brand new F-150 possible! Tom truly gave me the best deal that I could not turn down. Tom and Larry both went above and beyond, and I can’t thank them both enough! I also can’t leave out my finance guy Nick Ray! He sat down with me, we went through the numbers, not only treating me like a customer but also treating me like a friend. He made sure I got the warranty I needed. Because believe me I drive a lot, he took amazing care of me, wasn’t pushy, he only wanted what was best for me. He also didn’t try to sell me anything extra that I didn’t need. He even went the extra mile to come to me personally in my own my space where I was most comfortable. Making signing my papers a breeze. I couldn’t ask for a better team of people to take care of me and make buying a vehicle so easy and painless. Bozard Ford is great…this is a gorgeous 2022 Honda Ridgeline and it was a great price and the sales and finance depts were so professional and easy to deal with.
